Deed Atlas

Sources, method and terms

Deed Atlas reads public US government pages once a day, shows what they list, and links back. It does not sell, broker or auction property and is not affiliated with any agency.

Where the listings come from

What Deed Atlas does not use, and why

Privacy

Only the property and the official seller are shown: the agency office, its contractor or the listing broker the agency names. Deed Atlas never shows owners, borrowers or taxpayers, never looks up people (no skip tracing), and never collects private phone numbers or emails.

Fair housing

Deed Atlas shows every listing to everyone and never filters or targets by race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.

Crawler

The daily reader identifies itself as CyberMaxDeedAtlas/1.0 (+https://deedatlas.cybermaxtools.com/about/; public government listings, 1 request/second), reads about one page a second, and only reads sites whose robots.txt allows it.

Not advice

Information only, not investment, legal or tax advice. Prices, dates and terms belong to the agencies and change without notice. Inspect, read the terms of sale and check title before you bid. Past price changes do not predict future ones.

Information only, not investment, legal or tax advice. Listings come from the agencies' own pages and can change or be withdrawn at any time: always verify with the agency or county before you bid or buy.
